What is RAG?
RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. It’s a clunky acronym, we’d change it if we could.
In short, it’s how AI retrieves your specific information instead of what it learned from the internet. The system finds the relevant material, then uses it to answer a question, check a document, or generate something new, grounded in what your business actually knows.
